Amazon Data Protection Policy Compliance
In compliance with Amazon's Marketplace Data Protection policy, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) originating from Amazon will be stored in Ricemill systems up to a maximum of 30 days.
PII includes:
names
addresses
phone numbers
email addresses
After 30 days, your Amazon order data will be removed from the order in Ricemill. All PII data will be replaced with the placeholder, "***".
Warnings message will be displayed before the information is redacted on Order's view page.
When viewing an Amazon order that has redacted information, the original information will be replaced with the text “***”.
The order data will be visible for 30 days in Ricemill. You can run a CSV export to download order information for record-keeping.
Keep in mind that the 30-day threshold is a hard deadline -- you will not be able to retrieve the before mentioned data after the period has passed.
