How to connect to MyPost Business from Ricemill



To setup MyPost Business Integration you need MyPost Business login. If you don't already have a MyPost Business account, please visit MyPost Business website to sign up an account. (https://auspost.com.au/business/ecommerce/mypost-business)

Step 1

Go to Integration > Shipping




Step 2:

Under MyPost Business, click on "Activate" button




Step 3:

Click on "Next" button, this will bring you to MyPost Business login page.




Step 4:

Login to your MyPost Business account



Step 5:

If prompt, follow the instruction to complete your payment method

Step 6:

Your token, account number, and product codes should have been loaded
Select the account number and payment method and click "Save" to complete the setup.






How to enable/disable MyPost Business Services



Step 1:

Click on "Services" tab

Services tab only show after you complete and save MyPost Business settings




Step 2:

Click on "Yes/No" toggle to enable/disable the MyPost Business Services you are using or not using.





How to set Pick and Pack packing settings to always prompt weight measurement.



Step 1:

Go to Settings
Select "Pick and Pack" settings



Step 2:

Under Packing Settings > Measurement, select "Always Prompt weight measurement"
Then click on "Save" button at the footer





How to print MyPost shipping label.



You need to set packing settings for measurement to "Always Prompt Weight Measurement" to be able to print MyPost Business Label. How to set Pick and Pack packing settings to Always Prompt Weight Measurement

Step 1:

Click on "Pick & Pack" to expand, and then select "Packing".



Step 2:

Scan or enter the barcode of the parcel to be packed (from the Packing Slip), then click




Step 3:

Enter shipment weight.

Some of the MyPost Business services require dimension, you will need to enter package dimension to be able to use these services

Select MyPost Business service you want to use and click the "Save Measurement" button




Step 4:

Under the Ship Via section, select the MyPost optional feature you want to use.

Click on "Create MyPost Business Order"




Step 5:

Once you click on the "Pay and Print" button, Australia Post will charge your credit card / charge account on your MyPost Business account. This process cannot be reversed.

Click on "Pay and Print" to pay and generate a shipping label.

Click on "Delete MyPos Order" to delete the MyPost Business Order if you do not want to pay and generate shipping label.






Print from order view page



Step 1:

Go to order view page you want to print label

Under Shipment section on the left hand side of the page, click on "+Shipment" button to create shipment. If shipment already created, else click on "Pick and Pack" button to continue.




Step 2:

Click on "Create Shipment"




Step 3:

Click on "Continue to Pick and Pack"




Step 4 (Optional):

Complete the picking step or click on "Skip Picking"




Step 5:

Enter shipment weight.

Some of the MyPost Business services require dimension, you will need to enter package dimension to be able to use these services

Select MyPost Business service you want to use and click the "Save Measurement" button




Step 6:
