eParcel consignment import Issues

Questions: The file "" did not contain any valid records. No records were imported. An error occurred during the import. Please check the log file for more details





Click on the View Log File to view the details.



The error log will display errors ordered by line number and indicate why a line has failed the import process. Fixing those lines and try to import it again.

Common Problems

Address line is too long. The maximum characters is 40.

Questions: I’ve imported a consignment file into eParcel, so where can I see the records I imported?



After you’ve imported an eParcel consignment file, you can go to the ’View Consignment – Not Despatched’ screen and click on ’Clear Filters’ to view those records.
