How to create user role and permission?

Create Role
Go to Settings
Go to Users
Click on "View Roles" button.
Click on "Add Role" button to add new role.
Enter user role name, for example "Sale".
Select the permission for this role.
Then click "Save Role".
Assign Role
Back to User List.
Select the user you want to assign role by clicking on "Edit" button.
Assign the Role by checking the Role box.
You can assign multiple role for 1 user.
Click "Save Changes".
