If you had already pick any product in the order, you will need to undo it before you can process to delete the order. Please see How to unpick order in Ricemill.


Step 1:

Go into Order View page.

Click on the Action button and select "Cancel and Restock".




Step 2:

After you had successfully Cancelled the order, click on the Action button again, you will see the "delete" button.

Click on the "delete" button to delete the order.

How to unpick order in Ricemill.

Step 1:

Go into Order View page > Shipment section

Click on the "Start Pick & Pack" button.




Step 2:

At the pop-up screen, click on "Picking", this will bring you to the picking list of the order.




Step 3:

Click on the "Picked" tab to show all items already picked.

Click on the red "-" button to unpick all items.
