How to hold an order?
Hold an Order
Sales -> Sales Orders
Go into Order View page
Select "Hold" from "Status" dropdown
Un-Hold an Order
Sales->Sales Orders.
Go into Order View page.
Select "Un-Hold" from "Status" dropdown.
When order is on-hold:
You will not be able to include the order in a manifest.
All parcels created for the order will be marked as "hold".
